Information you give us
When you submit the introduction request form, schedule a call, or otherwise reach out, you may share your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and a short note about what you're looking for. If you go on to engage us, we collect the further information required to deliver the engagement — typically professional, transactional, and financial details relevant to the mandate.
Information collected automatically
When you browse estaara.com we receive standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which sections people read.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of first-party and third-party cookies for analytics and site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us. Engagement records are retained for the period required by Indian law and our professional obligations, typically 8 years from the close of the engagement.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence, and a need-to-know basis internally. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- confirm what personal information we hold about you
- correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- delete information we no longer need to keep
- withdraw consent for non-essential communications
- port your information to another provider where applicable
